All of our products have a 1-2 week turnaround unless otherwise stated. In the very rare case that you have not received your goods within 21 days since placing your order please contact our friendly and willing customer care team who will be happy to assist you at: contact@infinitykids.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

We ship our products using Royal Mail 1st Class for £2.00. We offer the option of recorded at a flat rate of £3.95 (UK Mainland only). ​ We do offer international shipping, however these costs and delivery times vary. ​ Unfortunately, at this moment in time we do not offer next day delivery, we apologise for any inconvenience.

Regrettably, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our business. Items are made to order, so this makes it difficult to accept returns for refunds or exchanges unless faulty. All of out products go through a strict quality check before being dispatched, but if in the unlikely reason you do receive a faulty item, please contact us ASAP so that a refund or exchange can be arranged.
