At infinityKids our aim is to provide top quality clothing as well as bringing your ideas to life. We are more than happy to assist all of our customers with any problems and queries they may have. If you have any questions we will be happy to get back to you within 24 hours, just drop us an email at or send us a message on our instagram page or Facebook page. 


All of our products have a 1-2 week turnaround unless otherwise stated. In the very rare case that you have not received your goods within 21 days since placing your order please contact our friendly and willing customer care team who will be happy to assist you at: and we will look into this for you. 

We ship our products using Royal Mail.

We do offer international shipping, however these costs and delivery times vary. 

Unfortunately, at this moment in time we do not offer next day delivery, we apologise for any inconvenience.


If for any reason you want to cancel your order then please email us at within 24 hours of placing your order. We will not accept any cancellations outside of this timeframe.
We also ask that changes to orders, such as address change, size change etc, are also sent to us via email within 48 hours. 


Regrettably, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our business. Items are made to order, so this makes it difficult to accept returns for refunds or exchanges unless faulty. All of out products go through a strict quality check before being dispatched, but if in the unlikely reason you do receive a faulty item, please contact us ASAP so that a refund or exchange can be arranged.
