What is your turnaround time?
All of our products are made to order and have a turnaround of up to 14 days. This EXCLUDES Sundays, Bank Holidays and delivery time so please bear this in mind when placing an order. We aim to get orders out before this turnaround however during busy periods the full turnaround time may apply. If you need an order by a specific date then please contact us beforehand to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate.
I need to amend my order, how do I do it?
If you've made a mistake on your order or need to make any changes then please contact us ASAP within 24 hours via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order is in production we will be unable to make any changes.
How do i cancel my order?
All cancellations must be done within 24 hours via email. Any cancellations after this period will not be accepted.
When will i receive my order?
All of our items are shipped via Royal Mail. The delivery time is in addition to our turnaround time. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
can i get next day delivery?
Unfortunately, at this moment in time we do not offer next day delivery, we apologise for any inconvenience.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide however these costs and delivery times will vary.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all Credit / Debit cards as well as Paypal, Clearpay & Laybuy.
How do I return an item?
Due to all of our items being made to order we do not accept returns unless faulty. If your item is faulty then please email us ASAP letting us know and pictures where possible. We will then advise how to return.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
If your return is approved then we will ask you to ship back to us and send us an email with your proof of postage. Once we receive it we will reimburse the postage.
